Terms of Service

WHISLY is a real-time conversation assistant. It transcribes speech on your device, sends recent text to a language model, and returns short suggestions for what you could say next. It is an assistive tool: every word you actually speak, and every decision you make, remains yours.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for your login credentials, your registered mobile number, and everything done through your account. Accounts are personal; sharing an account or reselling access is not permitted.

You are solely responsible for complying with the recording, privacy and wiretapping laws that apply where you are. Do not use WHISLY where consent is required and has not been given, and do not use it to capture confidential, medical, legal or privileged information about another person without their permission.

Do not use WHISLY to deceive, harass, defraud, impersonate, discriminate against, or manipulate anyone; to cheat in examinations, interviews or assessments where assistance is prohibited; or to break any law. We may suspend or close an account that does.

Membership is ₹299 per month or ₹2,999 per year, charged in Indian rupees through Cashfree. Payment is taken up front for the period you select and grants access until the end of that period. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices for future periods, never retroactively for a period you have already paid for.

Suggestions are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate for your situation. WHISLY does not provide medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and outcomes of your conversations are not guaranteed. Use your own judgement before acting on any cue.

The service depends on your device microphone, your network, and third-party AI and payment providers. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change or discontinue features.

WHISLY, its software, design and brand belong to Nevika Innovations Private Limited. Your transcripts, session recaps and account content belong to you; you grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the service for you.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to WHISLY is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost opportunities, contracts or relationships.

You may stop using WHISLY and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms, for fraud or chargeback abuse, or where required by law. Paid access already earned is honoured except in cases of fraud or abuse.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction. For questions or disputes, reach us through the contact page; we respond to every message from the address or number on your account.
